Paris’s politic after terrorist attack

The present day governments all over the world are quite different than the olden day counterparts. This is to a higher extent because of the improvement and enhancements in technology and civilization. It is for this reason that the governments are currently faced with different issues that need adequate, at the same time urgent attention in order to put the citizen’s concerns in check. Many countries all over the world were able to gain independence and are currently able to pursue their own dreams and ambitions as a nation.

The last few days have however seen the world witness developments in the political arena, some being positive while a greater fraction of it being negative. There is a lot of breaking news in the political world some of which would make the citizens criticize the actions of their government or politicians.

Paris has recently declared a state of emergency because they were recently attacked by terrorists. This therefore means that their economy would be affected for the period which is dedicated to mourning. In this case, many world leaders and faithfuls have come together to condemn the act and vowed to stand by France during the tough trying times. This therefore shows the level of unity that the nations are willing to show and offer support in order to ensure the safety and security of the general world population. On the other hand, there is one major factor that is threatening to pull down most of the governments of the world especially when it comes to Africa. The top individuals at the political ladder tend to think more of themselves and their families at the expense of their national values and principles. They therefore tend to participate in corruption among other vice which are not approved by the laws of their land. Just recently, a total of eleven delegates from different countries of the world had come up to condemn those individuals who are associated with graft and corruption charges. They stated that their countries would freeze all the assets of those who are convicted for corruption claims. Instead of taking care of such issues, the matter is often taken advantage of and turned into a matter of political party conflict and incompetency arguements.

A number of countries are looking forward to general elections which would see the end of certain presidential terms and a beginning of new ones. Multi-party democracies which are stipulated by the constitution of various countries give the people the right and freedom of choice.

A number of countries have however not witnessed a stable political development because of numerous issues. This includes violence within their own boundaries and within the citizens themselves. This is witnessed in some parts of central and western Africa countries which has led to the worldwide intervention of all the world leaders. This therefore makes it literally impossible to develop or attract possible investors in any way.

The world has in the last few weeks witnessed a higher state of the economy which led to the drastic rise of various bank rates on loans and the general living expenditure. These were tough times for most of the countries which had higher expectations with regards to to the quality of life they would choose to live.

On the other hand, the world’s most prominent nation, the United States of America has face certain criticism with regards to how the nation is run. Although some people have come up to appreciate what has been done so far. Campaigns for the next elections are at peak with some candidates making a vow to challenge the current government. This therefore often sparks too much competition when it comes to running for government and parliamentary seats.

Politics has however been known to be a dirty game as most of the politicians end up fulfilling their own needs and desires. Many African leaders are however faced with the challenge of attacking and meeting with the International Criminal Court over various issues that they claim are a hindrance to the development of the nations. The African states also claim that the ICC is being controlled by the western countries to infringe on the rights of the African leaders.

For these and many other sitings and challenges ranging from health to security and social issues, we are left to wonder as to which direction the world is really headed.
